Big news from the Biophotonic Sensing group! A huge congratulations to Shijun Sun, who successfully defended his Master’s thesis today

Shijun’s research, titled “Development of a Deep Ultraviolet Hyperspectral Camera for Pollen Detection on Insects,” represents a significant step forward in both biophotonics and ecological monitoring. By developing a specialized camera system to detect pollen on insects, Shijun has provided a new tool for understanding pollination patterns using advanced UV imaging.
